With National Customer Service Week 2021 (NCSW) taking place from 4th - 8th October, we wanted to take some time to talk about what excellent customer service means to FCA Automotive Services. Our customer service team work to be pleasant, polite and professional throughout all their interactions with our customers, and the hard work has paid off with a recent Customer Satisfaction score of 4.73 out of 5.
Our customer service team is split across Collections, End of Contract and Service Centre. This means we are able to have dedicated specialists catering to our customer’s needs with the right training focused on the topic at hand.
